Return Policies and Procedure for "Trophy Shot" - "Imager"

- NOTE: ALL TROPHYSHOT PRODUCTS MUST BE
SHIPPED BACK TO WILDLIFE OPTICS HEADQUARTERS AND REPAIR FACILITY
AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED AT THE ORIGINAL PLACE OF PURCHASE.
Customer may return
defective product to the below listed address within 1 full year
from purchase for any electronic, metals or plastic failure. If
the TrophyShot is found to have a manufacturers defect within one
year of purchase Wildlife Optics will pay for shipping and handling
charges both from and back to the consumer.
If Wildlife Optics
determines the unit failed due to anything outside of manufactures
fault the shipping expense is the responsibility of the consumer
both to Wildlife Optics and the cost to get the unit back to them.
NO returns of any
type will be accepted without a Return to Manufacturers Account
(RMA) number. The RMA number will be assigned when a consumer calls
our corporate phone number: 866-664-4028 to report a warranty claim.
Wildlife Optics will repair the item, if it determined to be a manufacturer's
defect, within 30 days after receipt of the unit. Wildlife Optics
will email a confirmation of unit arrival at our repair facility
to the consumer upon receipt of the unit. Wildlife Optics will also
email a shipping email to consumer when the unit is repaired and
shipped out. All products for return must be received at Wildlife
Optics within 14 days from the date of RMA number issuance. RMA's
expire in 14 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or
re-issued.
All Returns must be
100% complete, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain
all manuals, battery chargers, rings, slide rails, adjustment tool
and documentation. Wildlife Optics reserves the right to refuse
a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Replacement
items will be shipped after the defective item is received and inspected
by Wildlife Optics Returns Department. Customer's RMA number(s)
must appear clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the
return shipment. Customer shall not mark the box itself in any other
way.
Wildlife Optics is
not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns
must include a shipment tracking number. Customer is responsible
for shipping charges on all returned items. Wildlife Optics strongly
recommends that Customer fully insure the return shipment in case
it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide it with
proof of delivery for Customer's protection. Wildlife Optics reserves
the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet the
above requirements.
- WARRANTY: MANUFACTURERS
WARRANTY issues should be directed to the Manufacturer. If the
item purchased carries a WILDLIFE OPTICS WARRANTY, please fill
out the WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST form. You can call the 1-866-664-4028
number and request a form when you call for your RMA number or
you can download a warranty service request form from our website:
www.wildlifeoptics.com.
- Non-defective products
will be issued a return authorization within 14 days from the
invoice date at Wildlife Optics discretion. All non-defective
returns are subject to shipping charges charged to the customer
to return the product. Wildlife Optics cannot accept unauthorized
shipments billed to the recipient.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Defective products will be accepted for replacement, exchange or
repair, at Wildlife Optics discretion, within 14 days from the RMA
date. Wildlife Optics technical support department prior to issuing
a return authorization must deem a product defective. Manufacturer
restrictions do apply and are outlined in Wildlife Optics return
policy. Terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply from day one.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT: Customer should
make sure that the damaged package it is noted on the carrier's
delivery record in order for Wildlife Optics to file a damage claim.
Customer shall save the merchandise in the original box and packing
it arrived in, notify Wildlife Optics immediately to arrange for
a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. If Customer
does not notify Wildlife Optics of damaged goods within the first
3 days of arrival, Wildlife Optics regular return policy will override
any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer
restrictions. Customer shall Call 866-664-4028 to arrange for carrier
inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
INDEMNIFICATION: Customer
will indemnify, defend, and hold Wildlife Optics from any and all
claims, damages, losses, costs and actions and expenses from breach
of Customer's contractual agreement with any third party as the
result of buyer's purchase of merchandise from Wildlife Optics.
WAIVER: No delay or omission by Wildlife
Optics to exercise any right or power occurring upon any noncompliance
or default with respect to any terms of this Agreement shall impair
any such right or power, or be construed as a waiver thereof. A
waiver by Wildlife Optics of any of the covenants, conditions, or
agreements to be performed by Customer shall not be construed as
a waiver of any succeeding breach or default in the same or any
other term or condition hereof.
